Mike McKasy Given Service Award by Tacoma-Pierce County Bar

On October 31, 2014, the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association selected Mike McKasy to receive its 2014 Service to the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association award.

The award recognizes local attorneys whose efforts make the community a better place through “pro bono” work, innovative ideas that help others, work that improves others’ lives, or outstanding service to the bar association.  For the last four years, Mike has been volunteering as Chair of the Continuing Legal Education committee of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, working to provide high-quality, low-cost seminars to association members.

Mike will be featured in the January/February issue of the Pierce County Lawyer magazine, and will be recognized at the Lincoln Day Banquet on February 6, 2015
