In 1960 John B. Troup and George W. Christnacht (now deceased) founded our firm.  They had known each other since high school.  

We are located in Tacoma, WA.  Each partner at Troup, Christnacht, Ladenburg, McKasy & Durkin Inc. PS holds an AV rating, the highest peer reviewed rating granted by the Martindale- Hubble Law Directory.  This rating signifies “legal attributes of the highest standard, professional ethics, and conduct that is above question.”

George Christnacht, John Troup, Frank Ladenburg, and Mike McKasy have all served as the president of the Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association.  Mr. Ladenburg is also a past president of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, an association of approximately 3,600 lawyers who do primarily personal injury work on behalf of injured person.
